League rules
The essentials for drop-in play. Keep it respectful, keep it clean. This is about having fun. You're not being recruited to the big leagues 🙂
Game format
- Games are 5-on-5, full court, running clock with two 30-minute halves.
- All subs rotate into the game every 5 minutes.
- Every player should play fairly equal playing time.
- That means you should be playing at most 10 minutes before sitting (when subs are present). Use your best judgement, but be fair with play time.
- Call your own fouls. Honor the call; shoot for possession on disputes.
Jerseys & what to wear
- Teams play darks vs whites. Bring a reversible jersey or both a dark and a white shirt.
- A reversible jersey is recommended so you can switch on the fly.
- I may have a few loaners on hand, but don't count on one being available.
Conduct
- Respect opponents, teammates, and the facility. Fighting is an automatic removal.
- Skill levels (Recreational / Intermediate / Competitive) are honor-based, so play the right level.
- Repeated no-shows or no-show guests may lose sign-up privileges.
Signing up
- When a game is full you can join the waitlist; you're charged only if a spot opens.
- You may bring guests. Each guest takes a spot and is charged to your balance.
Cancellations & refunds
- Cancel up to 24 hours before tip-off for a full refund to your balance.
- Inside 24 hours the game fee is non-refundable, but your spot opens to the waitlist.
- If a game is cancelled by the league, everyone is refunded automatically.
