Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate. By using the Service, you represent that you are an adult and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may close your account at any time.

Basketball is a physical, contact sport that carries an inherent risk of injury. Before participating, you must read and accept our liability waiver, which is a required and binding part of these Terms. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

We may update the waiver from time to time; if we do, you will be asked to accept the current version before you continue to play.

Reserving a spot holds a place for you in a specific game. Spots are limited and may be offered on a first-come basis with a waitlist when a game is full. We may cancel, reschedule, or relocate games — for example, due to gym availability or weather — and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Games are paid per game. You add funds to a prepaid wallet balance, and the game fee is deducted from that balance when you reserve a spot. Payments are processed by Stripe; by adding funds you also agree to Stripe’s terms. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.

Your wallet balance is store credit for games on the Service. It is not a bank deposit, does not earn interest, and is not redeemable for cash except as required by law or as described in our refund practices below.

If you cancel a reservation within the allowed window, the game fee is returned to your wallet balance. If we cancel a game, the fee for that game is returned to your wallet balance. Refunds are issued to your wallet ledger; requests to refund a wallet balance back to your original payment method are handled on a case-by-case basis. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

When using the Service and playing in games, you agree to:

• Treat other players, organizers, and gym staff with respect.
• Follow the league rules and the posted rules of each facility.
• Play safely and fairly, and avoid intentional or reckless conduct that could injure others.
• Not harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.
• Not attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, the rules, or the waiver, or if your conduct endangers others.

The Service, including its content, design, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use the Service for its intended purpose but may not copy, resell, or exploit it without our permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and in addition to the protections in the liability waiver, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your participation in games or use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your participation in games, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
